We got home after the showing, and the front door was wide open. Not just unlocked. Wide, wide open! And the agent didn't leave a card. We've already left a message with our agent's answering service. This is not OK! They left all the lights in the hosue on, too. Which is annoying, but not the end of the world. We were gone for three hours. WIDE OPEN! Ugh.
Nothing seems to be disturbed in any way. It's a very safe neighborhood. But, come on!

Yikes.
Nothing like heating the out of doors.
Sheesh. Can you complain to that agent's broker?
Grrr!!
Unacceptable! Similar things happen to my mom. Luckily, in NJ the lockboxes all have this special electronic key that opens them, and the agent needs to input their personal code to open it at well, so everything can be tracked, and the agent was reprimanded.
Yeah, we have an electronic lock box. The agent responsible has claimed he locked the door, but clearly he did not. He apologized, but still. Pbbbt.
Oh My! I'm glad your neighbourhood is safe. ((HUGS))
I'd be HOT! I hope you complained! Even if nothing got stolen, you just heated the outdoors for three hours. Who is going to pay that heating bill?
